Chi Nei Tsang

chi nei tsangChi Nei Tsang is a massage of the internal organs of the abdomen used by Taoist monks to detoxify their organism to contribute to their spiritual evolution. The word Chi Nei Tsang means actually “transformation of the chi (energy) of the internal organs”. This technique is based on a deep and soft touch of the belly to connect with the whole enteric system of the receiver and to work with his chi.
It is not just a physical massage. It has been proved that our enteric system is a real secondary brain ruling many of our compulsive and emotional reactions. In touching and relaxing our belly, we get a direct access to the unconscious part of our nervous system that helps to relax and transform it.  It gives the opportunity to meet parts of ourselves that were unknown and to increase our self-mastery. Also many tensions get accumulated in our internal organs with time creating discomforts, pains, handicaps, or emotional or energetic blockages, sometimes totally unconscious. Chi Nei Tsang offer a physical regeneration of the organs and an integration of the troubles or the emotional charges present in our life.
The sessions last around 1 hour.
