Feet reflexology is a massage of the reflex parts of the body situated on the heel, the ankle, and the foot. This technique can treat all the parts of the body without entering in direct contact with them. The reflex zones of all our inner organs, our body parts, our digestive, endocrine, respiratory, urinary, cardio-vascular, nervous, lymphatic and hormonal system has been empirically located on our feet. This massage is effective in two different ways: either for a relaxation and a general revitalization of our body through a complete massage of the feet, either for a specific problem on a part of the body mixing the reflexology with other kind of treatments like Chi Nei Tsang (Massage of the inner organs) or Reiki.
