Reiki Usui Ryoho means “Usui‘s natural healing method of Reiki”, taught by master Usui in Japan in the beginning of the 20th century. The origin of this method is supposed to come from an ancient Tibetan healing method and to be linked to Buddhist philosophy.
In the Japanese language “Rei” means “spiritual essence common to all sentient beings”, and “Ki” means “energy”, “spirit” and also “consciousness”.

Therefore we can translate Reiki as the unconditional energy, common to all sentient being, which harmonizes the body with the mind, the spirit and the soul.
This natural healing method brings a deep evolution of our being in its global aspect. It allows us to reharmonize our body with its energy centers (the chakras) and so to calm and clean our psycho-emotional system. At the same time, it supports us in a spiritual evolution and awakening process.
Through an initiation ritual, whoever wants so can benefit from the effects of this method, and simply by laying his hands on the body he can channel the Reiki for himself, others and all living beings.
In the 90‘s, this method has been spread widely in the western country. It has been adopted and transformed by many people. Now it is almost impossible to pretend to teach the original and traditional method of master Usui as in his time. There are few degrees of initiation, 3 or 4 depending of the schools.
Since the last ten years, I have practiced and taught this method in direct link with my personal evolution. I base my teaching on a rational comprehension of our body: its physiological mechanism and how it is in relation with our spirit and our soul (our superior self) connected in their essence to everything alive around us and the Reiki. I use the practice of Chi Kong, external and internal, in parallel to the Reiki method as a tool to reinforce the understanding of what is the “Chi”, in a practical manner. I teach only the Reiki level one and two.

Reiki treatmenti

During a Reiki session the person giving the treatment places his hands on the body and/or in the auric field of the person receiving. The universal energy (Reiki) is channeled through the hands of the person giving, harmonizing the different energy centers at the physical, emotional and mental level. (1h30) 

Reiki workshops

Reiki level one: 4 days or two week ends according to the students disponibilities (27hrs)
During the workshop you will receive the initiations of the level one. We will discuss about the theoretical and philosophical principle of the technique. You will learn how to give yourself a treatment and how to give to others, through practical exchanges.
External and internal Chi Kong will be taught as complementary tools.

Reiki level two:  6 days or three week-ends according to the students’ possibilities, (39hrs).
During the workshop you will receive the initiations of the level two. You will discover by empirical experiences the essence, the meaning and the functions of the Reiki symbols.
Through group practices and exchanges of treatments you will learn how to use those symbols. We will discuss about the chakras system and their archetypal correspondences in our daily life.  
External and internal Chi Kong will be taught as complementary tools.
